Location is inferred from your device timezone at country/region level only.

4. The 12am Posting Window
12am is designed for use during the late-night window of midnight to 5:00 AM local time. Content posted outside this window may be held or restricted per our platform design. This timing is based on the timezone detected from your device.

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
